Walk and Talk
Healing doesn't have to happen indoors.
Walk and Talk therapy offers all the benefits of counselling - with the added support of fresh air, gentle movement, and natures calming presence.
Some people find it easier opening up whilst walking side-by-side, rather than sitting face-to-face. For others, the rhythm of walking helps them think more clearly, breathe more deeply, and feel more grounded.
Sessions take place outdoors in peaceful, natural settings - always at your pace, and in complete confidence. It's therapy, just with the sky overhead and the path ahead.
If you struggle with sitting still, feel more at ease in nature, or want to support your emotional and physical wellbeing at the same time, walk and talk therapy might be the perfect fit.
Fees are £45 per 50 minute session, concessions are available, please enquire for more information.
