I am an integrative counsellor which means I combine different counselling theories to create a personalised treatment plan for each individual, as we are all different and healing will look different for all of us.
I am grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel seen, heard and understood.
I work with adults facing a range of issues, including, but not limited to, stress, anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties.
I also bring a strong focus on self-care and wellbeing into my work, helping you create sustainable ways to care for your emotional and mental health in your daily life.
